Elm City Cycling’s National Bike-to-Work Day breakfast was a success despite the threat of unfavorable weather. Several state and local officials dropped by, including Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro and state Senator Martin Looney. ECC board member Melinda Tuhus wrote this piece for the New Haven Independent:
