Bike Parking Ordinance

We had a good meeting with the City Plan Commission on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011. They are currently working on an ordinance that would require bike parking for residential and commercial properties using the same metric used to determine automobile parking requirements. We asked that they draft language that would differentiate between long-term bike parking (for employees or tenants) and short-term bike parking (for customers or visitors).
